30 second Banana Ice cream.
Freeze 3 or 4 bananas (I haven’t counted this in the 30 seconds)
Using a food processor
Peel the frozen bananas, put in the processor with a blade, turn on the machine add 125ml of cream or as I prefer yoghurt, process till bananas are chopped and mixed, simply till you have ice cream, remove from the processor, give a quick stir to mix in any missed banana and serve. If you freeze the ice cream after you will need to remove from the freezer about 15-20 minutes before serving, .
