30 second Banana Ice cream.

30 second Banana Ice cream.
Freeze 3 or 4 bananas (I haven’t counted this in the 30 seconds)
Using a food processor
Peel the frozen bananas, put in the processor with a blade, turn on the machine add 125ml of cream or as I prefer yoghurt, process till bananas are chopped and mixed, simply till you have ice cream, remove from the processor, give a quick stir to mix in any missed banana and serve. If you freeze the ice cream after you will need to remove from the freezer about 15-20 minutes before serving, .

My two sons now have their own families but live near by and Im now the proud grandmother of two little boys. Both of my daughter in laws are both great cooks.
