So whats a LOBBY? Well simply you go through your cupboards and fridge, find left overs, open packs, near sell buy date, basicaly anything that you think will go together and Lob them in a pan not exactly Haute Cuisine, but then Rosies Kitchen is about putting dinner on the table.
Tagines are usually made with Lamb or Mutton, but that doesnt mean you cant use your Tagine to cook with beef.
Fry Onions and Garlic
Add bacon bits and minced Beef
Mushrooms and courgettes
Add a can of tomatoes and beef stock
Put the lot in the Tagine, I love chick peas, lob ‘em in
Bake in the oven for 20 mins at 180c then break some eggs on top and bake till the eggs are cooked. 15-20 minutes
And serve
