This is a great way to eat frogs legs, the little bones are nuisance but the results are well worth it.
For a starter, 2 portions
6 Frogs legs snip them in half
Finely chopped onion
2-3 crushed garlic clove
chopped tomatoes
1/2 glass white wine (optional)
2 slices of fried bread (I cut mine into a heart shape)
salt and pepper
fry the onions and garlic slowly
Add the frogs legs and cook both sides for 2 minutes each side, add the tomatoes and wine, adjust seasoning.
Serve on the fried bread.
