Bechamel sauce
Milk
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Boil and mash potatoes
Poach fish in the milk
Make a Bechamel sauce using the poaching milk.
In a bowl flake the cooked fish removing any bones,I added smoked salmon purely because I had it in the fridge. Mix with the sauce. season.
Cover the fish with mashed potato, brush with melted butter and bake at 200c till browned.
