Definitely not for kids, this delicious dessert, is so easy to make and looks fantastic, dive in through the sweet cream and marscapone then a real smack in the face from the tart red berries, then finish with the soft biscuit and smooth kirsh. A real experience for your taste buds.
The Kirsh is optional, if you don’t want to use alcohol soak the biscuit in a little grape juice
Marscapone Cheese
Frozen Red Berries
Lady finger Biscuits
Kirsh (optional)
Whipped cream
In a glass break a biscuit into 3 or 4 pieces and pour a cap full of Kirsh over the biscuits.
Then build the desert, alternatively building, fruit, Marscapone and Kirsh soaked biscuits.
Top with whipped cream and finish with a red berry.
