I made this, well, I suppose its a bit like a Paella, In my freezer I had sardines and prawns and in the fridge an open tin of tuna in brine. So I de-boned the sardines,Boiled my rice with saffron and added frozen peas and sweet corn. I fried the sardines, added the prawns and tuna, after I added the rice to the fish, studded with Feta and baked for about 10 mins in a hot oven, before serving a added boiled eggs and crunchy bread, Lovely.
