A lot of my recipes are so simple and heres another, as part of our trying to eat less meat and having at least one meat free day, usually two a week, this is a nourishing but so easy recipe, cook pasta till its nearly cooked “al la dente” use a pasta that will hold a sauce, add raw veg such as broccoli and cover in bechamel, sprinkle with cheese such as chedder and top with Parmesan, then bake at 200C till brown.
