6 slices bread
2 large Eggs
Tbsp Low cal Creme Fraiche
Filling of your choice (I used smoked salmon and chopped broccoli in 3 and Feta cheese and chopped broccoli in the other 3)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Roll the bread slices thinly, cut into rounds to suit your cake molds (Using silicon moulds means you don’t need to add fat to grease them)
Mix eggs, Creme Fraiche and broccoli then season.
Put your filling (salmon, cheese, etc) into the bread lined molds,
Fill with egg mix
Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese
Bake at 200C for 20-25 mins, don’t let the bread burn.
