Expect to get between 4 and 5 tarts depending on the size you make.
I used ready-made short crust pastry
200gm Smoked Salmon
270gms Broccoli, cooked.
100gms Goats cheese
2 heaped tbsp Creme Fraiche
Pepper, don’t add any salt, there’s plenty in the salmon and cheese.
Line your tart ramekins with grease proof paper, cut your pastry to fit. You can blind bake if you wish.
Cut the broccoli into smallish pieces
Put them on the pastry
Same with the salmon,
And then the goats cheese
Mix the eggs and Creme Fraiche with a little pepper and pour in the ramekins.
Bake at 200c till set, about 35 mins
