A simple and tasty dish, I really wasn’t sure about adding Pastis to the Bechamel sauce but it worked perfectly.
Prawns, peppers, peeled courgette and chilli flakes.
Pancakes with chopped parsley.
I fried the ingredients together then laid them on the pancake.
Roll them tightly and place in a deep dish. Make a Bechamel and add a capful of Pastis. Pour over the pancakes
Bake at 200c till browned and serve.
