For the dough
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
250gm Low Fat Plain Yogurt
Preheat oven to 200c
In a bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Add butter and yogurt and mix well.
Place dough on a board and knead until smooth.
Roll out the dough, about 1cm from the edge of the dough place some Emmenthal cheese all around the dough and roll the edges over.
The topping is up to you, I marinated some cooked chicken in a Tandoori yoghurt.
Tomato paste on the dough, I then added the chicken, peppers, mozzarella cheese, onion, sun-dried tomatoes sweet corn and Tabasco sauce, then sprinkled with Emmenthal cheese, baked for 15 minutes
